I completed a purchase mortgage closing for the owner Jennifer Glover of Prestige Notaries and for Linda Smith with Post Oak Title. I was told by Jennifer Glover with Prestige Notaries and by Linda Smith with Post Oak Title, that I would receive payment right after I faxed the documet to Linda Smith with Post Oak Title. This closing was completed on September 25, 2018 at 10 am and I still have not received payment from Jennifer Glover, or Linda Smith.
Apparently Linda Smith sent my check to Jennifer Glover and Jennifer will not send me my check and Jennifer owes me $125.00. I have sent several emails to Jennifer Glover and Linda Smith and they both are avoiding my phone calls and emails. Linda Smith with post oak title was very nasty with me and stated that I need to get my check from Jennifer Glover.
I believe Jennifer Glover hired me to get revenge for her business/friend and assocaite Jeremy Belmont and she knew from the very beginning that she was not going to pay me.
Jeremy Belmont is the owner of 123notary.com and Jeremy Belmont is ripping notaries off by selling them a listing on his website and then he lowers your paid listing and sells your spot to the highest bidder.
This is what I call the bait and switch game. Jemery Belmont has done this to many different notaries and these notaries have reported Jeremy Belmont to the Better Business Bureau.
Jeremy Belmont is mad at me, because I called my credit card company and disputed the charge and I got my money refunded.
Jennifer Glover has a bad reputation of not paying notaries, or taking a very long time to pay and I found this out after I completed the job for her.
There are bad reviews on Notary Rotary about Jennifer Glover not paying notaries.
