Beware of companies like prestige solutions-- they are fake, and they lie to employees with regards to pay. I began working for them, signed a contract, and yes as an independent sales person, you are working on a commission, but you are told you get training pay. They don't mention the 'stipulations' for pay. They say you will get paid 300 for training and then go out on the sales floor, yet never talk about all the fine details, which they seem to slowly reveal once the rules are 'broken' in some form. I spent two weeks with these people, received no pay and was then let off. I trained, and was never told that in order to receive training pay, you have to go out selling and sell one thing.
I got screwed over by the people 'above me' who were supposed to give me some credit for selling, yet took all the credit themselves. I had to miss one day due to being sick and was then told that my training pay was taken away for missing one day. This company is run by liars and low lifes, who will create 10 different excuses as to why you're not going ot get paid for training, why people who are higher than you, will steal your sales, and why you are then let off, with no pay at all, and inadequate training. This company is always hiring, namely because they suck, have no clue how to interview or train people, lie to employees, and make them work without paying them a single penny. Stay away from this company, and these so-called 'management training companies' here in orlando. Many of them turn out to possess fraudulent characteristics and will lie to and screw over their employees.

So i worked for Prestige for 6 months. Got paid every week, had an amazing leader, and a more than wonderful experience there. This is what happened to you. You had your interview, thought you could make tons of money by doing nothing, fell on your face, and decided to complain about it. Lets try and make some sense of this..Do you honestly think a company would still be in business if the things you have said are true? The owner, Sarah, will bend over backwards to help every single employee there if they are willing to try and open to CRITICISM . I would still be working there if i hadn't had my son.

The fact is, if you didnt make it through two weeks, you probably just sucked at the job. If it was a scam and you didnt get paid, why would there be employees that have been with the company for over a year? That just doesnt make sense. I get my check every week like every one else, and the checks are on a two week delay, so you didnt even have time to get your first check. Face it, you were not meant for sales, but that deoesnt mean you should try to discourage others from pursuing this. What makes you think its your job to save peoples time anyway? Your focus should probably be in finding a job that you can actually do. I do well in this company and have nothing bad to say about anyone employed there.

Sorry but I smell an idiot. If Prestige solutions is such a good company, why are you an Ex-employee? Have you even worked here?? I wouldn't be surprised if you were one of the a$$h*les that tried to scam me. If you want to know for yourself check GQ imports on ripoffreport.com its the same company different name and if you're one of the potential applicants for Prestige solutions/ GQ imports/ what ever else they call themselves, I'd advise you to do your research. This company will waste your time with a 7 hour interview in which you "shadow" an acct. manager. Luckily I did my research and I could tell the people on ripoffreport knew what they were talking about, considering the fact that I saw myself going down the same dead end road as the others. I was told the same lies but thank goodness I didnt waste as much time as the others. Bob If you don't know whats going on in this company I'd advise you to shut it. Honestly. Your words can waste alot of time of potential victims. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WORK FOR FREE!!! Oh and yes Bob I have a job too.

Get a life! And yes I have a job. just killing time at lunch.
