They offer a "Complementary Cruise" pkg where you have to only pay "taxes and fees". They charge $75 to get the list of cruises and then they tell you the cost of the taxes and fees. Turns out those fees are as much as the cost of the identical cruise on Travelocity. When ask for the $75 back they first said "no" - non-refundable. When I said I had an attorney they decided to refund the $75.

I believe what they did is fraud but an attorney tells me they have broken no laws. Anyway it is certainly deceptive. My advice, stay away from them. I would like to see them investigated and have their license to do business revoked. At the least I'd like to see them prevented from attempting to deceive more consumers.
