Principal: Mr. Lemoral Antonio Anderson, Owner of Prestigious Asphalt & Concrete of Colorado Springs, CO 80917 is a rip-off artist and needs to be put out of business. required a 50% Deposit that was paid, as agreed, $ 14,625.00 down payment, and then all the deception and lies started. WHATEVER YOU DO - DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
He lied continually about the start of job, used every excuse to not show up as agreed, failed to do a utility locate, Mr. Anderson does not return your phone phone calls, text messages - and even when you call the office phone you get no calls back. This Business - Prestigious Asphalt & Concrete, Colorado Springs is more than bad news.
Prestigious Asphalt & Concrete has lost our trust! I would warn anyone that is even considering this company - do your due diligence and check with the BBB [Better Business Bureau] in Colorado Springs and read about his BIG "F" RATING!
If you are thinking about doing business with Prestigious Asphalt & Concrete of Colorado Springs you are in for the most unprincipled, unethical, exploitative, deceitful concrete and asphalt company in this area. The owner, Antonio Anderson, seems like a really nice guy (most cons are) and he will be quick to bid your job and seems nice enough and take your deposit money and make you feel good and then it starts - delays, lies, putting job off and delay any way he can. Believe me, he will provide every excuse in the book as to why the work hasn't progressed as he outlines or agreed and you'll be lucky if your job gets completed at all.
WeFixItUSA of Colorado contracted with Prestigious Asphalt and Concrete to remove and replace a clients driveway and Mr. Antonio Anderson was eager to pick up the $ 14,625.00 Deposit and promise the start date and provide the completion date. The services and work agreements never materilaized and he and his crew no showed on two different dates as promised.
I have requested a full refund from Prestigious Asphalt & Concrete of Colorado Springs and Lemoral Antonio Anderson after getting tired of the lies, and excuses - but have not received a refund to date.
