PRESTON POINTE APARTMENT HOMES HARD TIMES DALLAS Texas

I am a resident of preston pointe apartments unit no.1101E , i was victim of towing my car because of careless of apartments management , they dont provide certain places for residents or visitors to park and they didnt tell me that before i signed the residency contract with them, so parking organization is random and it is suppose to help your self to find spot to park anywhere in the compound even if the park spot will be 1 mile far, i used to work out after 11:00 pm so i come back usually 1:00 am ,in this case impossible to find unoccupied spot for me except in coverage area which i suppose to pay to get permission to park , so i have no choice to park in coverage area or park in the middle of the way or take my car with me in my apartment .
i parked in the coverage area and i was thinking to go to the management to complain of this way of parking organization.

Friday March 7,2008 at 1:30 pm i was ready to go to work and i couldnt find my car then i told my husband and took his car and asked him to solve this issue , he went to the leasing office and found out that car was towed by private company its name is : Longhorn Wrecker Inc. and the compound director told him to go pay bcz of violation of rules of compounds although he informd her that there is no spaces available in the compound and what is going on now the management who should pay for it because there is no organization for parking , but she replied we have many available spots in the coverage area just for 20$ per month and we are sure that there is many spots available to park even if you couldnt park close to your unit and we will make report to check how many spot available in the period between 9:00 pm and 12:00 am

then my husband told her that is not solution to force me to lease parking spot in the coverage area and i have the right to park for free ,the solution is providing certain spots for residents and visitors but that didnt match with their policy.

i went to pick my car and paied the fees of towing and still cant find spot to park so its risk to go outdoor after 11:00 pm .
