Prestone Products Company I mailed in their rebate card, only to be told they would not honor it because I provided a PO Box rather than a street address. Tempe, Arizona

I mailed in the rebate card offering a rebate on Prestone Anti-Freeze-- Two months later, I received a card telling me they would not honor my request because my address is a PO box, rather than a street address.

However, I can re-submit my 'validating info' (which they DID NOT bother returning) with a street address.

FRAUD-- Nowhere on the rebate did it say I needed a 'street address', the PO BOX  is my ONLY valid address AND they didn't return my validating info'.

So, I went to their web site to find the customer service email or phone number... only to find, there is no such info available. Only numbers for product sales... No wonder they have to offer fake rebates to get the product turned over.
