Price Busters Rude Disrespectful/ Wont give me my funiture I've paid for Essex Maryland

I went to Price Busters Essex on 3/10/2014 to buy things for my first apartment. While I was there the customer service sucked. They were rude and disrespectful to all customers. Had I known any better I would've left right then and there. I saw what I wanted and I brought an dinning room set and an livingroom set. I was excited and happy. I asked the manager on duty (Mayor) what is the estimated time for me to get my things on that upcoming Friday 3/14/14? He informed me that he was going to deliver it to me personally between 12-2PM. I had several witness that was with me this day. I said ok. I'll take off work because I have a doctors appointment after that at 4:30. I've waited and waited for them to deliver my funiture. They didn't show up to my place till 4:15PM. By that time I was walking out the house to make my appointment by 4:30PM. I asked them if they can redeliver it because I waited for them for several hours. He ignored my question.

After my apointment was over, I had went to the store to see if I could reschedule my appointment time. The manager that was there at that time was a female name Brittany. She informed me that I have to pay another delivery fee or I will not be getting my items. She also informed me that there is a not refund policy. She called me all kinds of names that was rude and disrespectful. All I wanted was to get my funiture redelivered. The police was called and I left. If I was up to me I would never come to Price Busters again. I've asked for the manager number, they wouldn't give it to me. Unless I receive notice sometime this week in regards to this matter I will be taking my case to the courts. I've paid close to $1000.00 for my items. I was told that I wasn't going to receive them and they weren't going to be redelivered to me. I'm not paying another delivery charge for price busters had not stuck to the time that they said they was going to come. I've called the customer service number all day Sunday (as instructed) and there has not been an answer. I've even called several other Price Busters and they informed me that they have sent my information to Customer Service. I'm still waiting for the call.
