Price Shuffle False Advertising, No Refunds of money after purchasing Bogus Bids for products no one wants. Internet

I was surfing the web for some great prices, was on another site, that actually has good prices and great products, when i got an email for Price Shuffle, advertising that they had the same products and prices, it was even on their homepage. So i signed up and was immediately charged 149.00 for some bids.  Well, as soon as you go to find the products that your interested in, Nowhere to be found. No Ipad, or Ipod, Camera's etc. just a bunch of junk. 

Oh, maybe there was a gift card, but their terms said that your bids would go towards the product, but only the amount of your bid, not the entire bid money.  so you spend .60 cents on a bid, and only a penny goes towards that product, that is if you win, or you could buy a product at a reduced rate, (my butt) and get it that way.. And once you buy those bids, your locked in, and no way to get a cent back.  No one ever answered any emails, and the Phone number rings then goes busy.  What a waste of my hard earned money.
