On 10-14-12 I purchased hello kitty earrings order #1056. It stated I would recieve it in 1-2 weeks.  After 4 weeks I sent several emails for status on my order no response . 2 more weeks past and several more request for status and finally received a tracking number. I researched the tracking number and it stated that it was delivered on 11-10-12 . On the day in question I was home all day and night. I live alone and when I retrieved the mail there were no packages just one letter. I sent numerous emails again stating I did not receive the earrings. Again no response. Sent several more emails requesting an answer . Finally  he responded stating he sent it out  , for me to contact the post office and see if they can find out where they delivered it  . And as far as he was concerned he sent it out and that's it.I also see he has other complaints of not getting their product.
