They helped Tigerdirect rip me off with thier rebate scam. After using them to purchase form Tiger and then filling out a bad report for tigger I found they only publish the good. Most likley this is because of their prefered merchant status. Or, tigerdirect pays them money so they lie for Tigger. Note, C-net has many complaints about Tigger and lets the cards fall where they may for dishonest merchants. I wrote Pricegrabber twice about my problem giving them order# my real name and the items purchased. It never was published and it also looks like they will allow for bogus good reviews about Tigerdirects rebates. Nobody writes good stuff about their impossible rebate program just check out this sight for Tiggerdirect/onrebate scam. Guess since Pricegrabber wants to help them ripp us off we will have to include their name as well. So we have the now famous Tiger/Onrebate/Pricegrabber scam. Tiger ownes Onrebate, hmmm... I wonder maybe they own Pricegrabber too?

Dear Greg from Omaha just check cnet and pricegrabber's ratings for Tiggerdirect, the law of averages doesnt work here at all! I used both to find the stuff and then reported my problem to both. Cnet had no problems with printing my or other peoples bad reviews. When the first failed I sent a second one to pricegrabber with real info, my real order# and my real name, also two letters concerning their bias review system. Cases in point; A)There bias is noted in their system when you pull up reviews by rating you can only start with the less important good reviews. B)Look at this sight's Tiggerdirect area and tell me where all of our complaints ended up. C) Tigerdirect is a "Featured Merchant" at Pricegrabber, I'm most sure that cash gets you this status not being a nice guy and cash is obviously better than your own name's reputation to Pricegrabber.
Yes, normally I do not bother with rebates though it is this web sights numerous problems where some people were promised hundreds of dollars from Tiger they did not get that made me look into it all. It is the principal here not a few bucks, I would have gone to Newegg as I just did for the stuff but Tigger appeared to be cheaper. The shipping took care of that and then they added tax after I OK'd the order so in the end with out one of the rebates I did not save ten bucks I lost fifteen. Again I do not care about a few bucks but do not like being mislead by Pricegrabber.
For anyone who has tried to use Tigers rebate program I wasted an hour of my life for nothing. Even if I received all my rebates I would have lost about 80.00 per hour, as I bill my work time at 100.00. Ten bucks is just enough to get me to even bother with sending a letter in, but this was just stupid and once you start it just wasted more and more of your time, just like reporting it to pricegrabber! because it pays to check around.
Yes, rebates are a hassle at best, probably because the hassle will cause some percentage to 'drop out' thereby effectively raising the average selling price. So I ignore rebates, which is what Consumer Reports recommends.
Reading the feedbacks in the ratings section CAREFULLY will give you a flavor of how a merchant is. If you see numerous one-sentence plaudits that all have a very similar style, then you are probably seeing a form of ballot box stuffing. Real reviews are like most posts here- rough around the edges at best, and often full of emotion.

Pricegrabber always post my negative feedback

I agree that rebates are almost always a rip-off hassle, and I am sure Tiger is no different.
However, several times when I have received bad service, or felt cheated, Pricegrabber had no problem posting my negative feedback. In fact, some retailers rate quite low in the pricegrabber listings.
What I always do is read the bad feedback first, as it lets me know what the worst scenerio might be.
