We went in to buy a couch and sofa at the beginning of December. When the set was delivered I sat on the couch and the arm made a popping sound. We told the delivery person and he called the store. A person at the store promised they would get it fixed and if they could not would send a new set. They scheduled a date for the repair. The date came, no repairman. My husband spoke with the store manager who said the repairman was an independent contractor and they don't set up appointments for them.

Several days go by, no call. We wanted this in good repair for Chrismas. My husband calls the store manager and he tells my husband,"I am not going to jump when you call, this is NOT my problem, you have the merchandise, KEEP IT!" and hangs up on him. We spent $1400 on a brand new set. We have had to end up getting the Attorney General for Consumer s involved.Still not willing to honor their merchandise. Better Business Bureau is only good if someone researches them BEFORE they buy.I see they already have negative ratings there before me. I will be writing there as well. I am sorry I gave them the money to keep them open for any amount longer. BUYERS BEWARE
