Priceline ripoff theft rude calculating Internet

I booked a vacation on priceline.com thinking they were trust worthy. It was awful. I booked a few days for my honeymoon in mexico and when we book there was a prompt to book a swim with dolphins.

Thinkin this would be fun and save us from booking when we arrive we went ahead and booked. We were told to email the company 48 hours in advance. We did this as told. The company we email for the swim was of no help, they said they could not confirm the trip until we got to mexico and then there would be someone from olympus tours (the dolphins tour people) at our hotel who we would check in with before the swim.

Once we got to mexico we arrived at the desk to check in for our swim with the dolphins only to find out that the park we were booked at was over an hour away!!!! Eeven though there were 3 parks within 5 minutes somehow priceline booked us for one over an hour away. Then come to find out the park did not even have our resrvations and would not let us swim with the dolphins!!!!!

When we got back I complained to priceline.com about what happen and they said they would not refund us because they said there was a reservation. They would not admit that the reservation was an error!

They still claim there was a reservation even though when we were there we were turned away from our swim. We now have to pay $238 for a swim we were not able to take. And priceline went so far as to blame us for their mistake by saying we were no shows and one person told us to "learn how to read better" This is a horrible way to do business to charge for something not given!!!
