Pricerighthotels.com would not refund my money for a hotel that misrepresented themselves. Internet

Just a warning,i booked a room for two nights at the knights inn- carriage inn
at 1304 south main st in Altamont il 62411 i live in northern il and was going by the pictures on the web and the fact that they had a pool,i booked though pricerighthotels.com i figured i was safe,when i got to the hotel i was in shock the front of the building was falling down it had been like that for a long time because the wood they used to shore it up was very weatherd,i got off my bike and walked over to the pool,it had green slime and lawn chairs in it
the grass was at least a foot take and the place was in shambles,i went in to canncel my reservation it smelled ready bad,the woman at the desk said she could not canncel ,she didn't know how. i called priceright and talked to a rep
i was told that they would talk to the manager to canncel a assumed that that was that found another hotel,i was told that there would be a email from
priceright so i checked when i got home today nothing i called talked to another rep and they said they would get back to me,i got an email saying that they could not refund my money my reasons where not valid. I never even checked in they charged me 128.82 for not staying there. Stay away from pricerighthotels.com,my friends that were with me booked with expedia and got a full refund plus 50 dollar coupon for the trouble.
