Price's Septic Tank Services, LLC They dug the hole and charged me for something that was not supposed to be done to begim with Danielsville Georgia

My name is Shane Price and I am the owner of Price's Septic Tank Service.  Customer service is the foundation of our company.  We do not have bad reviews from customers who we provide service.  Our company does not provide any free on site services.  If you call our company, and we come out and do an inspection or any kind of service, there is a charge.  The complaint at hand stems from a customer wanting a free on-site inspection.  We quoted, on the phone, the prices and they proceeded to made an appointment.  Prior to the job, we obtained a copy of the customers original installation permit from the Environmental Health Office, so that we knew what we were dealing with.  We came out to the customers home. We removed the soil that was top of the 30" lid that covers the tank.  We opened the tank and found lots of debris.  We removed the cotton wipes, that does not need to the be in this type of system, and proceded with the inspection.  We explained to the customer the type of system they had and provided the permit to the customer for future references.  We charged for exactly what we quoted, no more, no less.  There should be no complaints.  We stand behind our company, work, employees and our reputation.  We are a family owned business and have been in business for over 50 years. We have a great business and a wonderful cliental.
