The online add offered a free $4.99 trial for a natural supplement with viagra like effects called Primal SurgeXL & as it was such a small amount, with free shipping, I thought 'what the heck' little realizing the trap ahead. I received the bottle within a few days & a charge on my credit card for the $4.99 & as product had little effect so I thought that's that ... no great loss however then a product called Nitric BoostXL arrived which I hadn't knowingly ordered & then a charge on my cc for $4.94 and due to the small amount & being busy I decided to let pass..... this was a big mistake.

A month later my credit card was billed for x2 charges of $ 93.89 & $ 95.79 which regrettaby I didn't notice immediately due to not receiving the cc bill for some time and not receiving any new product. After another 30 days a pair of charges for $ 93.89 & $ 95.79 appeared which I fortunately noticed right away & contacted my cc company to stop the madness as I hadn't received & didn't want any product beyond the first special 'free offer'. I spent x2 hours with the cc co. on the phone while the rep tried to contact Primal Surge who didn't answer the phone. The rep advised me that with luck we might get a 75% refund but as they didn't answer we didn't get anything.

X2 days later I was able to reach a Primal Surge contact who informed me that I had agreed to the shipments by accepting the initial offer & needed to inform them to stop shipments even though I was completely unaware of that & hadn't received any additional shipments after the initial introductory offer shipment. I requested refunds of all the charges after the initial $4.99 & $ 4.94 but the best they would offer was 75% of the last pair of charges which in my opinion is a gigantic rip off.

This is a horribly misleading offer by Primal Surge designed to mislead the casual reader into making a a small purchase but with nasty, hidden traps and the supposedly full customer satisfaction is a myth. I've had to cancel my cc so that I don't have to spend multiple hours & hours on phone calls should further attempts be made to bill me again.
