The company has engaged an extensive number of bloggers to write product reviews. Any negative reviews published, the company threatens the publishers with legal action in order to get them to remove the content.  This results in a high number of only positive reviews on line. The company also requests bloggers to make positive comments on posts and reviews about their product. They offer compensation for doing so.

The owners will not respond to attempts to reach them when escalating issues through the Fullfillment service provider.  The owners are Dan O'Shea and Brendan O'Shea located in New York.  They have made it very difficult to determine they own the company.  They also own ChannelMark.com. CenturySoft.com and other businesss.  When attempting to reach Dan O'Shea or Brendan O'Shea contacting any of the business they own or are listed as officers of, no one answers the telephone at supposed headquarters.  Some companies possess addresses that are vacant buildings for lease.

The company has not monitored or enforced bloggers to include disclosures. This is the responsibility of the company. A number of on line reviews do not contain disclosures or they are cryptic and hard to find resulting in people not realizing the reviews may be biased or facilitated by Solvaderm.

Representatives from the company have requested bloggers and people with social media accounts to create fake accounts (and they explain how and provide instruction).  Then they request bloggers to make positive comments about the products and provide lists of websites to make comments on behalf of Solvaderm.  This applies to YouTube as well.  Commenters who claim the products were transformatonal have been traced back to countries that they don't sell the product in.

The company fails to clearly disclose that the same owners of Primark and Solvaderm also own TheBeauthInsiders.com and ConsumerHealthDigest.com.  They also own the fullfilment company.  This is all well hidden but some fundamental internet research will unveil the same owners and same business addresses (which can be vacant buidings and/or UPS Stores).

The company states products are manufactured in New York.  It is believed the company purchases a turn key solution from NaturalSkinCare.com and rebrands the products.  If this is accurate, they are manufactured in Florida.

The owners of the company will not answer any questions or participate in any press interviews to explain the many anomalies with their business and advertising practices.

On the Solvaderm website, the company has gone as far as indicating one of their products has received a "Product of the Year" award yet the award grantor is TheBeautyInsiders.com which they own and operate. They awarded themselves with an award?

TheBeautyInsiders.com and ConsumerHealthDigest.com do not make it clear to consumers they are connected to Solvaderm  They advertise heavily, review other products, but then tell consumers the number one product to buy is theirs.  No disclosure about the business connection exists other than indicating Solvaderm is a sponsor on the site.  Fake profiles exist for writers on the sites incuding their education, location, etc.  One profile for Kelly Everson states she is an award winning writer in Chicago, Illionois.  Communicatons via email from this individual reveal she is in India and is highly suspected it is a male. Again, misleading consumers about the popularity of the product.

IFullfillment.com has gone as far putting out a press release that they were selected as the fullfillment provider but it iw owned by the same individuals.

Customer service sessions via chat requesting information about company officers and management yield an immediate disconnect by customer service or a failure to answer the question.  If they respond they will state they have no information about the topic.

At least one blogger was requested to accept money from the fullfillment company and disperse it into various paypal accounts. A highly suspicious activity.

To futher mislead consumers, the company states their products are sold in dermatologist, cosmetic surgeon, and med spas. This is not true. Solvaderm is only sold on line and to further mislead the cosumer, they include a message to physicians on their website.  On the Authorized Distributor page, despite there being no distirbutors other than themselves, they include this message:  "Please help make sure your patients are aware of the authenticity of their Solvaderm product and ensure that they are purchasing it through authorized distribution channels."

Beauty community members and those in connected media groups have reported and are currently reporting issues to the FTC, Internet Crime Center, Attorney General, and discussing a Class Action lawsuit as a result of misleading consumers about the product with manufacted comments on posts, false profiels, websites promoting the product that are not revealed to be owned by the same individuals, and other false statements that have been made by customer service, on line, or representatives of one of the companies seeking individuals to create false accounts and particiate in inflating the brand.

Please help make sure your patients are aware of the authenticity of their Solvaderm product and ensure that they are purchasing it through authorized distribution channels.

We regret you weren't happy with the products.  Products work differently on all different skin types. For example one of the top bloggers online has personally purchased as well as received free samples to promote the products. Read her own words. She "Loved" the products.  https://bit.ly/2xsxNMo

We have a complete 60 Day Product Guarantee in place for our customers. Please Contact Us on the number provided on the website and we will immediately handle the issue.
