 This company took my money and almost made me lose my house. I paid them $595 for a loan modification and it did not work! They told me it was OK to miss payments, I got a Trustee Sale on my house. I had to file for bankruptcy to keep my house, they told me my payment would go down, but now it is higher than before because of the bankruptcy that I had to file because of them!

I told them I want my $595 back and they gave me the runaround for many months then turned off their phone number. So then I did some research on them and was able to find them again under a different name and phone number I even was able to get back in contact with Eddie Taflia that I spoke to in the beginning. He assured me that everything was still fine and he was still working on my refund.

Then I decide to sue them to get my money back and saw that they just filed for bankruptcy in New Mexico with their attorney Dieter Zacher under the name Professional Legal Network Ped Abghari is the owner. You can look it up on Google, it is all there. When I was with them the attorney was named Rory Alarcon. These companies change attorneys when they get shut down or get alot of complaints or the attorney gets disbarred like Rory Alarcon did.

I have don alot of research on these people, they have had many names, National Legal Associates. Mortgage Assistance Agency, Mortgage Consulting Network, Home Protection Bureau, there are too many to list and I keep finding more. Their phone number used to be 800-610-4578. I can't get my money back now because of the bankruptcy so I am screwed.
