Primary Source Media Ordered Star Trek Original Series Complete All 3 Seasons. Received a home job, bootleg set of unlicensed discs (13 discs). Not only was the reproduction quality poor, but some episodes stuck, lagged and even would not play. The website leads you to believe the product is legitimate. The internet ordering process is also very well done. This scam is obviously infringes on copyright laws, etc. which has been reported to bank and Paramount Pictures (via Facebook). There was, of course no reply to my emails or calls from this company. Very well done scam here, so please be forwarned of this company and product. North Hollywood California

 I went to order a TV series box set of the Original Star Trek Series, all 3 seasons from a comany called Primary Source Media (or TVBoxsets, or such) .

The website was nice and constructive, user friendly and took credit cards via www.cartmanager.net. My Visa was billed and later I received (13) disc which were copies of the licensed product from Paramount Pictures.

The (13) discs were all stacked up in 1 box with Star Trek franchise labeling, but no licenced information or reference. The disc themselves aslo contained no licesing information that typical legitimate products contain. Overall a pretty good attempt at making it all look very legitimate, but it is not.

The copies are pretty poor for the most part, and oviously bootleged from the licensed version of the product. They will stick and skip and shut down, blur in some spots were the encription from the real and authorized producer failed.

I attempted to contant this company without responce. I reported this both to my bank and Paramount Pictures for investigations.
