Low book car sales, And PAC or Prime acceptance are one and the same corp. Now are included with NCCI, another like corp. This preditor on low income, bad credit consummers use a number of tactics to get you in a car, usually a over your budget that the salesteam make you believe you can handle. So, off you drive with a over priced, cant afford car. Now the fun begins or I will say shame begins. You make a payment, doesnt matter how many and then your late. First you get a constant bomb bardment with text messages and phone calls, about every two hours more or less. Emails if they have that avenue. Calls to your referances, same time frame, every couple of hours. This goes on for a few days even after you call them back it continues, untill you make the payment. IF NOT.. next thing you know, your cars being towed off.

This is within the 3 to 7 days after not making a payment. NEXT, the car goes to auction, sometimes the very next Thursday. The car is sometimes, not allways, purchased by Low Book sales and it starts its merry go round again. There is no court order to do the REPO, theyt just come and get it.

DEFENSE, You can order the tow truck driver off your property, and he can return with a court order. He will call the law, or you can, If he refuses to leave you can have him cited for tresspass. The police or other law agency will back YOU up on that. You must order the tow driver off your property before he loads your car. The police can, if they will, order him to put the car back, but not likely. Of course, if he comes back with a court order, you must release the car. But not before.

Be carefull with Low Book sales, Remember..the car lots and the lending, so called bank are one in the same. owned by the same persons.

Honesty at Low Book Sales

AUTHOR: buguntr - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, September 14, 2011

A year and a half ago, I purchased a truck from Low Book and Prime Acceptance.  I couldn't be more pleased with the way that my wife and were treated from start to finish.  Look, folks...if you are shopping at Low Book Sales, you most likely do not have the best credit in the world!  I have been paying the payments on time, (or before), and have had my credit score raised by almost 100 points.  Yes, you pay high interest, (it is because of all the dead beats that are trying to get their vehicles for nothing). It costs Low Book a lot of money to repo a car/truck from someone.  The interest reflects your credit score and nothing else.  Thanks and hats off to Low Book for getting me in the vehicle I needed, and helping me to restore my credit!

You're the RipOff Artist....not Low Book

AUTHOR: Mr. Good Credit - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, July 14, 2011

I'm sure this comes as a huge surprise to you and people like you, but YOU CREATED this problem... not Prime Acceptance/Low Book.

It really bugs me when people with rotten credit keep trying to get sometihng for nothing.   I make a good living and could buy a 40-50K new car and pay the loan on time, but I don't.   I buy nice used cars and I pay cash!   I save the cash up over a few years or so and then I don't pay interest to ANYONE.    I pay off my credit cards every 30 days and never pay finance charges.

I wanted to buy a big HD TV set years ago, but I waited until last fall.

The reason you are being watched closely by Low Book is because you've skipped out on pay for stuff in the past.   Did you think you have some special entitlement?  Well, you don't!

What a loser...

AUTHOR: Ken - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, July 12, 2011

If you didn't over-extend yourself on credit (you can't blame the salesman) and paid your bills on time, you wouldn't have to deal with these kinds of people....keep on blaming others and you'll go through life as a loser.

You're trying to keep them from taking back THEIR car....you don't own it until it's fully paid for...you're a bit of a con artist yourself...loser.

Wa..Wa..Another Subprime Whiner!

AUTHOR: Jim - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, July 12, 2011

Simple solution...PAY YOUR BILLS ON TIME!  The reason you had to use a subprime lender is because YOU made yourself subprime by giving yourself a reputation of not paying your bills!

But no.  You subprime whiners blame the lender as well as blame everybody else.  If this car is too much for you then how stupid was it for you to enter the contract.

But go on and cry and whine.  Live up to that reputation!

What a sorry, deadbeat, welfare type!
