Prime Care Coordination Does Not Provide Service - Abusive! Rochester New York

This company is supposed to provide service for the disabled.  There are very clear expectations dictated by New York State government about what they are supposed to provide to the disabled.  My loved one is extremely mentally disabled.  Prime Care Coordination does not even communicate with me.  They have not provided any service in months.  They do not call.  They do not write.  They do not visit.  They are silent.  My loved one is being neglected/abused by Prime Care's inattention.  Prime Care's Director, Tracy Boff, does nothing to solve this problem.

While this continues, Prime Care keeps getting paid from New York State tax money.  Our tax money is slliding into the pockets of companies like Prime Care and their employees even though they do not perform!

This is horrible for a disabled person that just wants to be the best they can be.  Prime Care does not care about these people.
