These guys/gals have been at it for many, many years. This is the first directed to me and I recall my dear departed mother receiving a phone call from a "foreign diplomat" informing her she had won $3million. WOW!! Luckily she phoned me before she gave the caller personal information. This happened over 40 years ago.

They must be boiler-room operators who move from city to city and/or country. As I am a senior citizen they could be targeting the elderly. Beware of the wolves, please!
