Prime Management Group Rips Off and Threatens Senior Citizens Boca Raton Florida

I am very familiar with Prime Management myself.Prime management is WELL KNOWN for using physical threats against elderly people.A common tactic they use is to call someone in the middle of the night and threaten bodily harm.As far as Charles Sollins, he IS a registered sex-offender and pedophile.It can easy be looked up on the internet.Prime management also hires ILLEGAL aliens for many positions.This company breaks the law in EVERY way possible and yet is still in business.On top of that they have a pedophile(Charles Sollins) running the show.And it is quite pathetic that they(Prime) have someone trying to defend themselves here.Possibly someone on their board of directors?

I too am a former employee of Prime Management. I know first hand how Prime operates. Sure there are things I didn't like, but overall the company is a good management company compared to the many fly-by-nights. I now work for a small company and would give anything to go back to Prime.

1. Regarding Kings Point. If you really worked at Prime or even in any other management company you would know the management company does not determine and assess the owners -- the community Board of Directors does. You would also know the management company does not make calls in the middle of the night, neither does the attorney.

2. Regarding Charles Sollins, known as Chip Sollins, your information is completely false. Chip never lived in New York. Chip wasn't even in property management until 2003! It is a shame that for all the good the internet does, it also can ruin someone with false information -- I know, it almost ruined me when someone googled my name and found someone else with the same name and saw they were convicted of DUI two times. You should really check your sources before posting stuff that could ruin someone.

If you are really a prior employee -- Prime was right in firing you -- you obviously didn't know what you were doing. And, by the way, why were your parents in Kings Point? Why weren't you taking care of them during the hurricane?

Im shocked that Prime Management President and ceo Charles Sollins in not in a jail cell now.Seven years ago,the same thing happenned as stated above. He resided in our community,a suburb of Baltimore Maryland.When we found out he is a registered pedophile,the community demanded he leave.We have many young children here.The pathetic Mr. Sollins left town real quick.My feelings go out to his neighbors and the people his company his company harrasses and rips off.I think its good that this is being made public,finally.

Nine years ago Charles Sollins lived in our community of Glen Cove New York,Long Island area.All his neighbors including me were shocked to find out he is a registered child molester.Look it up.We got together and demanded he move out.After a month he did.This man seems to be a sociopath in every way,business practices and the horrible crime of molesting young children.

I am a former employee of Prime Management. At the same time my parents were residing at Kings Point in Delray Beach Florida. When I found out how Prime conducts business I resigned. I did the same thing, I moved my parents back home to Charlotte.

As mentioned above Prime Management raised fees(in excess of 200-300%)in many cases and NEVER sent written proof of anything. My parents both age 83 were threatend with legal and then bodily harm by the Prime Managements team and their Attorneys. They got phone calls in the middle of the night etc. They break so many laws,yet they are still in business. Amazing and pathetic.

In states with more consumer protection Prime Management and their attorneys would already be shut down and facing all types of legal action etc. Taking advantage of people that are defenseless is about as low as you can go.
