They called about a Mastercard regardless of my credit history. Who wouldn't fall for it? Hey, these are hard times! $1,500 they told. Then came the "package"...

I returned the application form contained in the package. When I tried to pull up their website (so I could check the application status), I found that it doesn't exist anymore. I've since called them to find out what's going on and they are all getting very touchy. They've changed addresses TWICE in a very short time. These people are organised. Can the FBI do something about them?

I am HORRIFIED to see all the reports about PRIME ONE BENEFITS!! These people are stealing from poor people and getting away with it. SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I CAN DO TO STOP THESE THIEVES!!

does anyone EVER receive a Master Card, or a ReFUND ??

AUTHOR: Bode - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, March 13, 2004

I found this site a little late. My girlfriend got involved with these people to get a credit card because she had a bankruptcy a few years ago and was promised a credit card and a credit rebuild 'kit'. )I'm mad at myself for not checking them out before we paid via VISA debit)

......Well we got the 'white package' yesterday with a pretty lame coupon book for discounts on services and items, and immediately filled out and mailed the credit card form because they said that they needed an actual signature before the card can be issued. As others might agree, they never initially say anything about a white package being sent; only that the credit card would arrive in x amount of days. It wasn't until we called a few times because we were wondering what was taking so long, did they inform us of the intermediate step.

Has anyone EVER received a credit card from these people, or is this a 100% fraudulent scam that NEVER results in a credit card issuance ?

If so, I guess that they got us only for now, as I've never had any problems getting an undesired charge reversed by my bank. The way I understand it is if a company that bills through a credit card provider does not issue a refund as requested, VISA (my debit card guarantor)will suspend their use of all VISA transactions in the future. Since they are still in business this long, it makes me think that some people ARE getting Master Cards, and some people are getting refunds when requested if they used a credit card to pay the charges, and they demanded that the charges be reversed by their bank. .

I guess time will tell what happens with our situation, and if or if not we receive it, I will post the results in a few weeks.

Thx and any comments or answers are welcomed.
