Prime One Financial ripoff charged our account from employee payroll check New York new york

this company sent two charges through our company payroll account, one was an automatic debit and the other was an ach debit. each was for $187. it is unknown at this time how they got our payroll account number as i have exclusive control over this account and do not give it out to anyone.

we have notified our bank of this fraud and will be notifying the attorney generals of both new york and california. are there any class action suits against this company? we would be happy to participate in one. any lawyers out there?

one warning: frequently companies like this notify you under another guise that they will handle the situation for you and then will charge your account under another name. give NO info on the computer (they can hack into bill gates and the d.o.d. - your firewalls are easy!) give no info on the phone unless you are sure of the company on the other end. also be aware that your info with this fraudulent company WILL BE SOLD TO OTHER COMPANIES OR USED BY THIS COMPANY UNDER ANOTHER BUSINESS NAME.

your bank MUST refund this charge to you if you file a fraud report and they find in your favor, b/t/w.
