Prime One Financial ripoff! I will keep calling them until I get my refund! New York New York

I am like so many other Americans who have been ripped off by Prime One Financial. I was called at my BUSINESS and was told that I was eligible for an UNSECURED Mastercard with a $5000.00 credit limit. I was very skeptcal but after asking a lot of questions and them telling me there was NO OBILGATION and I would receive a refund if I did not get the card within 30 days, I paid the ONE TIME fee of $187.00. About 4 weeks later a package came in the mail....not a CREDITCARD like I was told. I immediately sent the package back (Certified mail with signature & date of delivery). That date of delivery was Oct. 14, 2003.

Today, Dec. 1, 2003, I called since I have not recieved my refund. I was told that their mail department recieved on Oct. 17, 2003. Their mail goes to the NY office then rerouted to their Canada office. Frank would not give me the Canada office address. He stated that I would recieve my refund in 10-12 weeks. I asked how come it takes so long for the refund. He stated that the mail room has to verify that nothing was used from the package. I told him I did not use or remove ANY item! I will not go away. I will keep calling them until I get my refund! I was told by Frank I would get my refund no later than January 15th. We will see! I better!!!
