PRIME ONE FINANCIAL They took $187 for a credit card with a $1000 credit limit Houston Texas

Just like all the other consumers who were scamed I gave Prime One Financial my acccount information and they took out $187 out of my account. It took almost 2 months before I received their bogus package after several phone calls which by the way is long distance. I immediately requested a refund. Their office is located in Canada. They told me refund policy is 8-12 weeks as of end of September my 12 weeks was up.

They said it will be issued within a week. I sent a certified mail to the new york office threatening to take legal action if my refund was not received in 5 days. This morning I decided to do a search hoping to get a number for the new york office and I stumbled upon this site and I couldn't believe what I was reading. I called the number in Canada after reading these complaints and once again the representative was telling me my refund will be issued in December I told him two weeks ago I was told mid november and now he is telling me December.

I told him someone should call the FBI on them because what they are doing is illegal and its not right I got so angry and he hanged up the phone on me. I won't be calling them again and I think we all who have been scamed should report this to the FBI or Attorney General so some action can be taken against this company before they scamed any more consumers.
