Prime One Benefits, and First National Credit Services ripoff! They lied to me. New York

Prime One called me and promised me a credit card for 9.9% APR. Told me I would have to pay $187.13 and that it would not be taken out of my account until 15 days. After hanging up from the phone call with them I went to the internet to check them out and found that many people have complained to about them.

I called my bank to stop them from getting money. Two days later Prime One called me and said "We tried to get the money and could not how long has it been since you used this account. First of all they lied they said they would not try and get the money out for 15 days but instead tried on the secound day. These people should be punished - even those that work there.
