I submitted my CD rebate Dec 2000. After repeated follow-up attempts via e-mail, phone calls, etc and promises, finally received an e-mail in Aug 2001 to resubmit all information-wait another 45 days for reprocessing. After a year, I have not received my rebate nor have I received an answer to my queries. If there is a class action suit, please add my name to this suit.
