Prime Peripherals rebate website, wheresmyrebate.com, shows two of my rebates, $12 and $35, as approved, and that checks should be mailed around 7/7/01. I've never received these checks, and several e-mails regarding them get ignored. I even snail-mailed them; also ignored. They refuse to correspond with me regarding this matter.

This is the rebate website for Prime Peripherals, otherwise known as OKie Corp.. I managed to contact "Julie" of PP in June, and she told me to be patient. I was, for months, and now I can't reach anyone there; she apparently no longer works there.

After writing several e-mails ans snail-mails, all of which recieved no reply, I revisited their website in early December, wheresmyrebate.com. Their answer? Delete my rebates and any (and all) references to them!!! Yup; they simply erased the entries that said the checks would be mailed 7/7/01. Now I understand, better than ever, the meaning behind, and one of the causes of, "going postal".
NEVER buy another Prime Peripherals product.
