ON 2/6/01 I PURCHASED A PRIME PERIPHERALS 50X CR-ROM AT CompUSA WHICH OFFERED A $30. REBATE. I SENT IN ALL REQUIRED MATERIALS AND STILL HAVE A COPY OF THEM BUT NO REBATE CAME. I ALSO SENT NUMEROUS E-MAILS AND FINALLY GOT ON "WHERES MY REBATE.COM" WITH A DATE OF 7/6/01 FOR MY REFUND TO BE SENT . THE DATE WENT BY AND ALL WAS ABLE TO GET WAS A PHONE NUMBER 781-986-3960 WITH AN ALWAYS FULL MAILBOX, THE NUMBER IS NOW NO LONGER IN SERVICE. I ALSO GOT AN E-MAIL ADDRESS OF "JOHNM@PRIMEPERIPHERALS.COM" WHICH ALSO GOT ME NOWHERE. I WANT MY $30 BUCK REBATE.
