I am filing a complaint against Prime Solutions Contracting and Todd Ellis in particular and Perla Abeyta and Anthony Abeyta as accomplices. I should have complained earlier to save Joey (whom I don’t know) from becoming a victim but I did not know this website existed. I currently have a wage complaint filed with the Texas Workforce Commission and following resolution of that will file with the court system.
I started working for Todd in April 2014. He said that the pay would be about 3 weeks behind before I received my first paycheck and then I would be paid every week. He did not tell me that he would be using the Walmart 2 Walmart pay system rather than a company check which is not very professional for a business and that the day the pay would arrive would not be consistent. Every week was a challenge to get paid. Each time there was an issue.
The purpose of the 3-week delay was so that they (the company) could take out all deductions and provide an accurate record of payments due.
On July 4th holiday Todd stated that there would be a delay of pay because they had to figure out the deductions, etc. The problem with that theory was that this was pay that was already 3 weeks behind so it should have already been figured out and pay should have come on time. So we the employees were immediately suspicious and for a just reason. We never received this pay. So approximately July 15th, I turned in my equipment and resigned because you can’t pay rent and feed a family without pay. I received an email from Perla that since I had turned in everything I could collect my final pay check from them and she asked how it wanted it handled—pick up in person from Temple, deposited directly into my bank account (which I definitely would not have given them an account number for any reason by now) or mailed to me at what address. I told them to mail to home address and repeated the address. Still nothing.
On July 4th, they owed me $1,038 for May 27-29; on July 11th, they owed me $1,119.50; on July 18th they owed me $658.50 for Jun 7-12; on July 25th, they owed me $1,223.50 for Jun 14-20; on Aug 1st they owed me $577.50 for Jun 21-26; on Aug 8th, they owed me $814.50 for Jun 28-Jul 4th. Bringing it to a grand total of $5431.50 and now a full 6 weeks behind. (This is all based on their bookkeeping system). Then they started with their deduction process which is a very one sided story and they said of the $5431.50 I had deductions being taken out for $2,796—which I am sure you will agree is some pretty hefty deductions; however, I agreed to it in the hopes of getting the balance of $2635.50. So I agreed to accept that amount so I could move on with my life and start to recover. Again, this is all according to THEIR records—I didn’t just make this up. Anyway, I STILL have not been paid one thin dime of what is owed to me so think about it before you become involved with any of these people! They are liars and cheats!
In fact, the Lead Tech, Anthony S. quit at the same time without receiving his pay and to my understanding has not received one dime from them either.

Anthony Salgreen & Justing LaFrance were behind in paychecks.
If that is currently still true is unknown to Perla & I. As I have no idea about the pay issue with these guys.

Perla & Anthony Abeyta (myself) was just employees doing our job.
Anthony Lead Tech for Waco market was suppose to maintain communciation with Waco market. I was also in charge with handling issues with customers in the area. I was later given the title of office manager, however I did not mange pay and pay issues.
Perla was incharge of perparing the pay reports to give to Todd and techs reporting pay issues to her. She did not handle checks being sent in any form or fashion. Reports and reporting complaints was her responsibilites.

Anthony Abeyta had to help cover the Abliene techs because Anthony Salgreen had bad cell service most of the time due to the remote locations that he was working in. So, in turn I would help the techs in both locations.
I infromed the owner several different times that techs needed their pay and have even helped Justin LaFrance by letting him know that the certified letter he sent about his pay was recieved so there could be no confusion on the issue. I tried several times to get the pay sent to the techs.
Perla and Myself have left the company and do not condone any actions that the company has taken. Our names have been thrown around by all parties in this matter. If the owner or anyone else claims that the pay was in the hands of anyone else's hands it is a complete lie. Perla just did the numbers on the computer and reported that to the owner. Payroll being sent out was no ones responsiblity besides the owner.

We were even told that the Anthony Salgreen and Justin LaFrance had lost a lot of equipment and tried to frame another tech on the lost equipment. Recivers Decas is the equipment in question from when I was there. I have no idea if the allegations that the owner accuesed the two techs of are true because I recieved no proof on the matter.
Perla and I just want to set the record staright. Niether Perla nor I was responsible for getting the pay out to the techs. We were actually trying to get the guys paid by pressuring the owner to pay them.
I contacted Justin LaFrance about this report and he himself even stated that he just listed everyone at the office that he knew. Justin LaFrance was told Perla was in charge of pay as a whole however this is false. As stated before:
THE OWNER SENDS OUT THE PAY NOT THE EMPLOYEES!
I just want to make sure this is clear. Perla and myself have left the company on our own and again do not condone any unpaid wages. We are extremely sorry that anyone has not recieved pay however it is not our fault. We was told several times that pay was sent to techs. However, time and time again I will recieve a call (even now and I don't work there) that pay was not sent out. WE DO NOT HANDLE THE MONEY IN THIS COMPANY. Only things that was done by myself and Perla was reports. We also infromed the owner that checks needed to be sent out ever week. Our names are in quesiton be cause of false assumptions and false infromation. But, if anyone would like to have proof that I treid to help they can check my text messages to Anthony Salgreen, Justin LaFrance, and many other techs.
I will gladly stand in front of anyone and tell the stroy as it trully was while I was there. Perla will do the exact same. We do not believe in people going without pay and tried our hardest to prevent any of this from happening.

to start this is not arguing anything about he complaints! This is simple stating the fact that Perla Abeyta & Anthony Abeyta were not accomplices to anything. We were employees who did exactly what We were suppose to do. I, Anthony Abeyta, did nothing to help anyone lose pay or not get paid. I will also be seeking legal action against Justin La'France for postin my name and my wife's name onto a website and making false accusations about issues he believes he has with Todd. I will have helped several guys get and look into there pay. plenty of witnesses of this fact. My name and my wife's name has be ussd and tossed around by both parties and i will be seeking legal action on anyone who falsely accuses me and hurts my personal image.
