Prime Solutions LLC Todd Ellis Ripoff by Todd Ellis, Owner of Prime Solutions LLC Temple Texas

I hired Prime Solutions LLC company in Temple to install my flat screen TV on the top of fire place in the family room downstairs in a two story house and redirect my speaker wires through the wall to where the TV is going to be installed. I paid high premium for this service just to make sure I won't have any headache. But it turned opposite than I expected. During the installation, they made multiple damages to my house. They cut through the floor and carpet to second floor master bedroom closet. Also they made two holes in our game room closet which is facing back to back to the master bedroom closet.

A lot of finger prints and scratches (i.e. from Ladder) on the walls where they were working, also making additional unnecessary holes through the walls and hide them with a face plate instead of fixing the holes. On November 4th 2015 they completed the installation, the owner asked me to pay the full money under contract on that date, and he said someone from his company (Robert) will come on the following Saturday November 7th to fix the damages. I made a big mistake to gave him all the money!!

I even tipped the two technicians $20 each. Since then no body has shown up to repair the damages. The owner has made several promises, but never committed. Then he started to be very rude to me on the phone, trying to make me frustrated. He does not return my calls, and it does not look like he is going to fix the damages. Please be very careful to deal with Todd. He is a very unreliable person, and very rude. There are so much about this company that I can say. A simple TV installation at my house turned out to be nightmare, specially dealing with a very difficult person and Unprofessional.
