They go by several names and numerous phone numbers but it all goes back to India or Pakistan (you can tell by the accent and the speaking in the background). The n Technical Computer Support Scam 

I believe these are all the same people hacking, scamming, harassing and threatening me.  They go by several names and numerous phone numbers but it all goes back to India or Pakistan (you can tell by the accent and the speaking in the background).  The names they use are fake and the computer upgrades and other information is bogus.  I noticed that at first they wanted my credit card (which is traceable) and then switched over to cashier’s checks mailed to a mock address. They are using the bait and switch routine with a story about the Russians or some terrorist group hacking my pc - and you always end up owing them money for saving your data.  They will not hesitate to take money directly from your credit or bank account without permission once they get control of your computer.  This actually started about a year ago and they still have me on their radar.  I tried blocking as many of the numbers as I can but new ones continue to pop up on my caller ID.
