Now I will describe the CSR position Our billing platform is used by many telecom companies worldwide (Austranet, AT&T, Telstra, Primus, Orange, Beeline, Megafon and etc) and they need more billing specialists certified by PrimeSoftware to provide a high quality service.

Main responsibility of the CSR is to provide assistance with the billing system to telecom company's users. Also CSR will provide the current statuses of operations in the billing system to telecom company's clients.

CSR works in the technical department of the telecom company and provides the support over the phone. Normally when a client calls the general customer service, technical queries are forwarded to the CSR from tech. department.

About the training Our company has developed a training course which allows learning the billing platform online in 20 days. After this training you receive an international certificate from PrimeSoftware that enables you to start working in any of the telecom companies which use our billing platform.

No prior experience with billing systems or customer service is required, you'll get all necessary knowledge during the training.

First you are trained online by PrimeSoftware during 20 working days. It means that you will study from home using your PC and Internet (there is NO special stuff required). Finally, here's how to apply and to start the training Jackie, you need to fill out the training course application form (TCAF) that is attached to my e-mail message.
