PrimeTime Casting is NOT a scam

AUTHOR: Roxy Newcastle - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, June 30, 2004

Without Andrea's last name or order ID, I am unable to research her account, therefore do not know the specifics of her customer service file, however, I am one of the customer service supervisors for PrimeTime Casting and find it hard to believe that Andrea was unable to get assistance with her account or a refund if it was entitled to her.

All of our clients are put on a 30-day money back guarantee upon registering with us. We have an entire customer service department that is devoted to assisting our clients with every need, whether it is needing help completing their digital portfolio, assistance on getting work or receiving a refund.

We have refund guidelines in place, which the company adheres to. If a client chooses to cancel their account within the first 30 days, not a problem. The customer service representative notes the account and then sends the file to the accounting department for a full refund. Obviously if a client is over the 30 days, a refund request will be declined.

If Andrea would like to contact me directly toll free at (800) 863-0238 - Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm PST, I would be more than happy to review her account and try to resolve this issue with her. As a talent database with more than 60,000 clients, customer satisfaction is very important to us.

Thank you,
