Primus Phone Company Crummy phone lines and no customer service

The new phone company has sent solicitations to households for their business with an incentive of $25 free monthly calling card for four months. However, you are conditioned by the following plus very bad quality of long distance, international calls in particular and no policy and no service helping you solving the problems.

1) Their consummers have to maintain a minimum of $10 calls monthly.

2) Get the shifting cost only after you see your first month phone bill.

3) Their $25 calling card has a much higher rate per minute and they dont tell you that.

When I was calling my loved ones in China for the Chinese New Year--the biggest holiday for Chinese people, the quality was bad: my vioce was slow to reach them, and I gave up after I were disconnected twice after only a couple of minutes each time.

I dialed the companys marketing and custumers service given to me on the phone. They had no service anymore after the midnight. I called the company next morning to report this, the service did not start after 9:00 am.

Primuss service numbers kicked me from one recorded line to another. The results were music and music, including the number they referred me to as a phone line problem service. When I asked about the companys policy about such complaints or refund, everyone of the four representatives I got to talk to was "Call the phoneline service number." After 45 minutes on the phone, I never get connected with any one through that phone line service. To me, this is fraud: you pay and get no serice. I never had a meaningful conversation with my family for this Chinese New Year. But Primus is like headless monster. No one in the company takes care of your problem. Im sure I will get a bill from them for all that time I wasted with them. Dont be sucked to this company. ITS NOT WORTH IT! Jan
