Lingo offers VOIP telephone service and is advertised as first month free and if dissatisfied within first month, activation fee and cancellation fee will be refunded after reciept of returned equipment. Equipment was returned and received by Lingo on 1-17-05 via UPS. I have signature of "Lisa". Now, after 51 days and three phone calls, I still have not received my refund.

After a report to ripoff reports.com, 5 phone conversations with Lingo, a report to the Federal Trade Commision, a threat to report to Better Business Bureau, and waiting 4 months, I GOT MY MONEY!!!
