Prince Law Ripoff Plantation Florida

on June 2014 I contact Prince Law to file for bankruptcy, the told me the charge $1800.00 dollars, they emailed me the contract everthing look good, i end up paying the whole thing on December 2014, they contact me asking me for more paperwork, i emailed it to them, in the beginging of January I call them, they have a recorder saying the office is closed, ok, i try again twice after that same thing, i used the phone from work and finally someone answer the phone, she told me the person who's handleing my case was out to lunch, she will call me when she got back, never happen, try to email them the emails are coming back saying the mail delivered fail. Now i have the lawyers from the credit cards calling... i really don't know what to do. 

I really don't understand why this  law firm  keep getting away with this, ,I tried to file with the Business Bearu in Florida, they don't do it, I filed with the Federal Trade Commission they sent me a letter telling me they don't handle this kind of staff i need to hired a lawyer really? if i had that kind of money i would able to pay my bills, i just want some justice on this, this is not fair, they taking money from people like us and the business Bureau and all those companies they are letting this Law firm get away with it, I just asking for my money back in that way i can pay my bills, this is not right.
