This guy, Princeton Afeez is a total scammer! He sells tickets to events by complete false advertizing. He sold tickets to us via his company, Evita PR, aka Evita Parties for what he called an upscale "mansion party." It was the worst party we've ever been to! A total nightmare! We got there at 8:30 pm, so very early just to find:

-we could not get up to the mansion. The address was not disclosed to anyone, we had to wait at a pickup location out in the December cold for two hours! There were three or so shuttles going back and foth and hundreds of people in line for hours!!!

-when we finally made it up to the mansion in the stinky, crowded bus, we were greeted by a bouncer who told us to turn back, the party was full. So 20 of us were standing there, unable to go in.

-when they finally let us in, the party was DISGUSTING!!!!

-there was no food (even though it was advertized!)

-there was no "premium alcohol" (even though it was advertized!)

-there weren't even glasses, or even plastic cups - they were all out, so we couldn't drink anything!

-there were two little tables set up as "casino tables" - that was the "casino theme party"

-there were 2 DJs instead of the advertized 7

-the location was changed in the last minute to another way less sophisticated mansion

-the place was unbelievably crowded! There were admittedly 1700 people in it!!! They said it fit 800, which was already ridiculous, but greedy b*****d Princeton Afeez and his team of hyenas squeezed in more than twice that many!!! If there was a fire, we would all have died!

-the toilets were so unsanitary, words can't express!!!

-when I requested a refund, I did not hear back from them for over a week. I called the ticket sales company they used, and they said that they received more complaint about this scammer than about any other person/party ever before.

Since then, I found out that Princeton Afeez has promoted about two dozen clubs in the past. He changes them every few months. I guess when people catch onto his scam, he moves on. I also spoke to a promoter who worked with him, and he has been known to not pay his partners claiming they didn't bring enough people. He didn't pay this guy for a party in the summer because he brought 18 people and this liar claimed that he needed to bring at least 20 to be paid.

If you see a party advertized by him, RUN!!! He will srew you over and rob you!

He also works with another like him, Jeff Lombardo.

AUTHOR: Me - (United States of America)

I just googled Jeff Lombardo and found that he and Princeton Afeez did their New Years Eve scam together. The party flyers are still on the website, and

We paid $100 + fees for a regular ticket and some paid much more for tables to be treated like cattle, stood in line, were harrassed by the bouncers, wasted our time and ruined our New Years eve. These two scammers made about 1700 people very, very, very unhappy! If they scammed you, contact Wanttickets. If you bought your tickets through them, they will refund your money!!! Report them to the BBB too!!! If they scammed you, they need to pay!
