These guys were contracted to do a collection service on a judgement. They wanted money up front and they decieved using false tactics like:

*Guarantee their collection resuts

*Guarantee a refund in email writing

*Will not return phone calls

*They do not perform the service nor refund any monies. 

Apparantly they have a caller ID so if you call from the same number it will go to voicemail directly.

These tactics are low but it suits their character as scum of the earth.  

I suggest when using a judgment collection work with someone who has a verified reputation and can provide solid evidence of their results. Do not take their email guarantees as honorable as they are not people to do business with.
