This company is a total scam based in India. printerhelpweb.com has an address in a apartment in Dallas and are Printer Web Help is a total scam designed to trick you into thinking something is wrong, and to get your credit card to pay for not needed repairs, and i am sure start charging it up. Their address at 14000 Noel Rd, Ste 604, Dallas Texas 75240, USA, is an apartment, as I drove by to check.

They claimed to be a printer repair company in Dallas, and even go by the name of HP Printer Repair and are only in business 200+ days. and when i wanted to bring my printer in for work, they made me connect it to my laptop, then they showed me in Mac terminal there were a lot of foreign ip addresses trying to get in my computer, which is not true, its Apple, Google, Drop box, blue host, etc. 

They said they can repair the bad driver to fix my printer which is BS as my printer stopped feeding and needed to be repaired, there are no driver issues. Then they said it would be $150 & another $150-500 to fix it and connected me to a local compay they "found" for me AVG Network Solutions, avgnetworksolutions.com/plans.html an BS company that is created by the same company, tacoinfotech.com in Delhi India. They say they are 2701 ANNAMARIE DR, LITTLE ELM TEXAS 75068, which is a house is owned by GOEL VISHANT & GUPTA ASHITI 

I will be reporting them to the Dallas and Little Elm police on Monday
