printpps www.printpps.com doesn't send you what you ordered, do not order!! Beware!! Paper Scam!  Internet

Hey There,

 We are not satisfied with www.printpps.com, they sent us an order of shiny news paper material with no capabilities to write on for promotional notepads. We spent $275.00 on notepads that you cannot write on, you cannot use a pen on the paper. We contacted the owner mark and we said we would reason with him and try to make this right. He immediately jumped to the conclusion that my wife mad the order and she must have assumed notepads were all able to be written on, the notepads we ordered were not able to takes "notes" with. I explained that the term notepad was misleading for the product and we wanted to send it back to him and do something with the used material which we understood had a significant cost to him. We explained that laminating the shiny paper and making them into a price sheets for the customers only required him to laminate the peices of paper and we could pay half of the fees associated with the cost of laminate, he responded. "no way". Now we are stuck with the shiny sears catelog shiny paper that cant work as a notepad, we are at office depot laminating our selves at $1.75 each page. We ordered 48  notepads, thats 1200 pages. 

 We would never use www.printpps.com, they run a bad customer service, scam, fraudlulent company. 

 In addition, if you don't like their service, they state on their policy that if they win the dispute they will charge an additional $100.00 to your credit card on file.http://www.mastercard.us/merchants/support/rules.html, http://usa.visa.com/download/merchants/visa-international-operating-regulations-main.pdf.

 Maybe they should read the bylaws of both card issuers before publicly announcing violating the policies of the card issuers.
