 Printroom has taken orders from my clients and collected the money from them. I have accumulated $295.00 in profit at end of June and didn't receive the check as promised. Sent an email to contact people I have in the customer service department, file a support request on line and received auto response but nothing else.

Try several times to call the customer support just to stay on line for over 20 minutes and unable to talk to anyone. Like many other photographers I have been ripped off by Printroom - I have paid my membership and been a customer for more than 6 years now - just to be treated like this by them makes me furious.

We need to find a way to stop them and get these guys in jail as quickly as possible.
