I was given a quote for service over the phone. No one informed me of what services would be provided. Pristine Clean charges 35.00 an hour. I asked for their top package the Pristine as opposed to their express package. I was told the first clean is very thorough and to expect the girls to be there 4 or more hours. They arrived 10 minutes late. They came in and proceeded to play with my cats. They went upstairs to the second bedroom and small bath and started cleaning The same room most cleaning teams split up. Both beds were made already.

My daughter had made her bed herself and it needed to be redone professionally but it wasnt. This is one of their listed services. You have to do your research with this company not one  document was given to me until I requested it. I was never given a receipt. Starting and finishing times are billed on the word of girls who I spotted intentionally moving slowly and texting. After they left I found numerous areas that had been ignored. The half bath had not been wiped clean.

Cabinets had dirt spots and mirror was streaky.  Microwave wipe out is extra even with the top package. This company offers the fewest services of any competitor and employees abuse the hourly pay structure. I had a friend come over the day before and had cleaned my house top to bottom. I fail to understand how the 4 hours were utilized. it is only after you are overcharged and under serviced that you find out they offer very little cleaning. They did offer to come clean what they missed. their cleaning practices are not very professional and performed by young poorly trained staff.
