Private Reserve Travel Collection Vidanta Riviera Maya Sold us a product that is basically useless - not at all what was described Puerto Vallarta Jalisco

We spent 8 hours in a timeshare presentation. My partner ended up purchasing one of their timeshares. After a lengthy discussion that night, he called back the to cancel the purchase. We then had to go (at our own expense) back to the resort to turn in all the paperwork. Another couple of hours being passed from person to person, a Mr. Luis Faria met with us. Had a "deal" for us.

Explained it all (took another hour) and we ended up purchasing the "Private Reserve Travel Collection" for $4K. It sounded like a good deal - we got 7 cruise certificates - which we thought if that was all we used, we would still be ahead of the game - the cruises per Mr. Faria were good "any where, any time, any cruise" - only to try to book a cruise and find out that we can only use them on cruises that are $549 or less. More expensive cruises are "discounted" - but I've found I can book cruises online not using their certificates cheaper!

Not at all what was presented to us. And, he supposedly gave us an email where we could get back in touch with him should things not work out the way he promised. No one has responded to those emails I have sent. I have spoken with the representatives from the cruise department and what I hear from them is that they get these complaints all the time and that the presentation is misrepresented. So, basically for the $4K we spent, we have nothing but empty promises on paper.
