Privco I kept trying to cancel the service. They ignored the cancellations and kept charging my credit card New York Internet

They insist on a credit card and insist on charging until you cancel.  Then they make it impossible to cancel.  You are told you can go onto the web site, into your account information and cancel.  But I tried that twice and the charges continued.  When I contacted my credit card company, they denied having received the request.  I tried calling but there was never an answer.  I left voice mails.  Those too were ignored.  The charges continued.  I finally caught someone on the phone and managed to get it cancelled, but was charged $1,200 for the time that it took me to get through to them and have them admit to the cancellation.  They are refusing to credit the money back, even though I clearly was not using the service, which I did not find to be particularly useful, which is why I stopped using them.
