I was sent several scratch off cards rom Prize America for different prizes, I got to one of them that featured a home theater system or a cash prize and scratch it off and it was a home theater system, suddenly it appeared on the screen I did not win but I did win it and they moved to another scratch card. Prize America should pay-off when someone wins or cancel their program.
