willis hale began selling "shares" of stock in MERGE MEDIA back in 2000. it was a stock scam..there wasn't a co. when he could no longer raise money under that co. name he changed it to: PRMA  and hired me to solicit investors who had lost money in 'MERGE MEDIA". I DIDN'T KNOW THE COMPANY WAS A SCAM UNTIL HE BEGAN MAKING STORIES FOR ME TO TELL INVESTORS TO GAIN THEIR CONFIDENCE AND GET THEIR MOMEY. AFTER SEEING HIM REPEATEDLY BOUNCE PaYROLL CHECKS TO EMPLOYEES  and watching female employees that he recruited from brazil because he sexually harassed them i knew something was wrong. at least once a week process servers were serving him with legal papers for non-payment of debts as well as sexual harssment lawsuits.eventually, the bank who held the mortgage on the building he purchased in boca on dixie hwy. forclosed and evicted him. last year he paid himself $288,000.00 with investor money while investors who have owned stock for 13 years have received NOTHING!. i think he's a federal i nformant. there isn't any reason why the S.E.C and F.B.I  would allow him to continue robbing investors for over a decade. the stock is STILL WORTHLESS! IT CAN'T B SOLD! he even has a kid with his brasilian secratary, regina! A TOTAL SCAMMER!
