Jerald Galloway has fired and stole commissions due to 9 salesman in Belton. He is a greedy alcholic who drives around drunk to collect checks from homeowners. Also he rebates deductibles to help gain an edge over all the local contractors.

Which is illegal in Texas. He offers a rebate or deductible assistants for allowing to put one of his yard signs on job sites before, during and long after project is completed. After he gets homeowner to agree to this so called free roof dream. He acts as a Public Adjuster supplimenting claims without homeowners knowledge. So when homeowner thinks he or she is getting work done for certain amoiunt four to six months later they receive a check for triple the original amiount. At this time he tells homeowner he is to busy to do, screens, window beed, or gutters for example. All along the while he is keeping the Overhead and profit money for all trades amount which is an additional 20% of claim. And than turns around and takes it back claiming the homeowner can use it to off set the rest of the deductible not covered by yard sign allowance. So the homeowner is stuck without the all trades being completed. If they refuse he liens there house and puts his lawyer to work on them.

He's being investigated by Texas Farm Bureau SIU invesigated  bureau. He also has had numerous arrests at his residential/office for drugs and domestic assault. Somebody really needs to put a stop to this guy
