I was contacted to rrent my weeks from a timeshare for rooms at a resort in Cancun, Mx. The rooms were needed by a huge company for their convention.

I was told thst the company wes willing to pay $3600.00 per rooom per week. But I needed to pay the transfer fee of $199.00 per week. After the reservations were made I would receive the $3600 plus the maintenance fee for each room reserved. They asked for a valid credit card to charge the transfer fees to, which i stupidly gave them.

They identified themselves as Advance Services of Sacremento, Ca. They gave a web site address (which I now know was copied from another company).

I was contacted by phone to confirm reservations which were later charged on my credit card by thied party "credit card processing companies" which are another part of the scam.

These companies are individuals that were drawn in from Pro America's web site that promiceses a way to make lot's of extra money by simply establishing a company name that processes credit cards and checks. These companies are those that submitted the charges to my credit card. They then take a small percent of that money and transfer the largest amount electronically to Mark Williams of Pro America.

I was waiting to receive a check but was put off for one reason or another until I started getting suspicious, then I was hung up on and their phone numbers no longert worked.

I got NO money but had thousands on $ charged to my card.

What a good scam this is!...Beware!
